*Please note that you must be licensed as a promoter with WKA USA in order to submit this form.
Your event will be posted in the Upcoming Events section.
We will post your poster ad provided it is in .JPG, .JPEG, .GIF,
or .TIFF format.
We will also post the pre-fight and post-fight press releases
you provide.
The post-fight press release must include complete results.
Payment for approved sanctioning is due 30 days prior to event date. Once your event has been approved, it will be listed on our upcoming events page.
Promoter agrees to adhere to all state and federal laws and regulations.
Promoter agrees to adhere to and distribute copies of all WKA rules and regulations to participants.
Promoter agrees that images and likenesses of all WKA sanctioned events may be used and reproduced for promotional purposes.
Completion of this request does not guarantee sanctioning approval.
