						  CANCELLATION POLICY
1)
Changed Event dates - Event dates that are changed or
postponed more than 30 days from the event date, maybe
changed without penalty, as long as the WKA USA does
not have any schedule conflicts. Less than 30 days are
at the discretion of the WKA USA and will be assessed
						  a 20% penalty.
2) Canceled
Event dates - Events that are canceled more than 30
days from the event date, may be used as a credit
toward future events, fees or titles with prior WKA
USA approval and must be within the same calendar
year. Less than 30 days are at the discretion of the
WKA USA and will be assessed a 30% penalty.
						  3) State or Tribal Commissioned
Events - Events postponed or canceled, which are
overseen by a state or tribal regulatory board, would
be handled as follows: The portion of fees paid to the
WKA would be transferred to the new date, which is
mutually agreed to by WKA, state or tribal board, and
promoter, providing date is within 90 days of original
date. The WKA will assess a 10% penalty for
						  administrate costs.

registered with the WKA USA. For amateurs, the
individual fighter license fee is $25 per calendar
year; for professionals, it is $30 per calendar year.

						  individual competitor.
